patriotsforgore.proboards27.com/index.cgi I started a discussion board for anyone who also wants to discuss what Patriots For Gore is doing there as well. I will link it off the website. Just thought I would tell you all. I figured Draft Gore had one, so why not? When I get more time, I will format the colors and create more boards on it. I have no intention of leaving here, I just thought it would be good to have it there in case any visitors want to discuss. I hope this link works. Thanks! Jan

I don't understand all this branching out. We have a good place here and we should use exclusivly. Why not have one place so everyone will know about it and can participate fully. Having all these other forums and sites do nothing except divide people. Also, I notice on every site that has recently been created, the people try to copy our layout. IE: Forum, content, ect.
If you look at the Dean campaigns forum, you will notice that it is the main one on the web and one of the few. We need organization, not keep adding more communites so that supporters will be stretched out. Why not just keep what is working?

All I did was add a message board to the Patriots For Gore site in case someone happens to wander there and wants to post about the site. I don't see anything wrong with that. I really don't care if anyone goes there or not. It is just there, that's all. Jan

I very much agree, Chris. What I'd like to see is a link from the PFG site to here for the forum. It's what makes the most sense to me. Just MHO.

It isn't an entire community, it is only a message board. I already have a link to this forum there. Have you looked at the pages I added? I even put that this is the site to go to for PFG info. I don't see the need to get so upset over a message board. it isn't pulling anyone away. Hopefully, it will bring more IN. Jan

I agree earthmother. We already have a good board here in which Patriots for Gore can use instead of creating a new one. Instead of having just a few members on that board, they will be mixed in with the 230+ on this board.
But, it is not my call.

What if through that little insignificant board we can get more volunteers? Again, it is simply a message board, and it is not being publicized. After all the work I did to set it all up, I honestly don't appreciate being made to fel like I am a traitor simply for putting a message board on a site for this movement in the hopes we might get some new people to help us out. I have only seen the same five or six people heree for the last week. I just hope we aren't driving others away from here either. As I said, I'm not going anywhere, and that will not be a board I post on. It is just there to take a look at to see if we we get any more info or contacts. My feelings are actually hurt a bit since I am only trying to help us out. Jan

Jan--No one's insinuating that you're a traitor. Oh, god, please. My thought about it was this--I think we ARE publicizing Patriots for Gore, between having donations sent there, and by saying that that's where we're calling from when we call NH (that's what I'VE been saying, anyway). So if people go there and see there are only a few people talking, as opposed to here, where there are more members and there's more stuff going on and they can see all that we're doing, it might make people think there's less to us than there actually is. Also, it's just easier and more efficient to all be in one place. Please don't take any offense. Everyone knows how hard you're working, everyone knows that anything you do is with the idea of doing a good thing, and it may be that it is a good thing. I just think that the less splintering we do in general, the better. That was why I'd urged Roger not to start his other websites, not that yours is the same thing as that. But we need to all be in one place, including any new people who might come. So if people go to PFG and are referred here to see where the bulk of us are, that's fine, OR, we ALL move over there at some point. We need unity now. But no one is suggesting anything that should make you feel bad or hurt. WE LOVE AND NEED YOU, JAN!

I have to send out the e-mail out about the chat now. Talk to you all tomorrow. Thank you, Jan

Jan, the PFG site is great! And it links to here as well, where we all are. We have peace. We are one. (said simply but I think I got my point across)

Admin, I liked the idea of having a site to direct us here, but I have been banned once with no explanation let alone with no warning. That makes me leery of writing on this board because I feel that if I do not agree with the Owner/Moderater views, I can't say anything. I remember asking some of the chat groups if anyone would be able to have a forum where any topic related to Gore could be made. I feel my view and or opinion may be beneficial to the Gore efforts, good or bad. I am not a subversive of the Bush group, ACK! Hang me first! I am not the best of navigators in groups, there are so many! I may have tried to get to a page I wasn't supposed to be on, or I can't get myself signed on. Is the sign on requirements case sensitive? why does it go to the squirrel page and ask for a sign in there? It askes the nuts to sign on! ACK! Well, anyway, I am back and am walking on eggshells hoping I don't say anything wrong.
