washingtontimes.com/upi-breaking/20040331-033608-4529r.htmPoll: Bush leads in Pennsylvania PHILADELPHIA, March 31 (UPI) -- A new poll indicates U.S. President George W. Bush leading Sen. John F. Kerry, D-Mass., by 6 points in Pennsylvania. The Keystone poll, conducted March 25-29, indicates support for Bush steady at 46 percent, as it was in the February survey, while Kerry has dropped 7 points to 40 percent. Independent Ralph Nader, who was not included in the February poll, is at 3 percent in the latest survey while the proportion of undecideds, at 8 percent in the earlier survey, has risen to 12 percent. The news is likely encouraging for the Bush campaign, which has seen a general improvement in the president's poll numbers over the last week. Bush lost Pennsylvania to former Vice President Al Gore by just over 200,000 votes out of nearly 3 million cast in the 2000 election. The survey of 565 registered Pennsylvania voters, conducted by Franklin and Marshall College's Center for Opinion Research, has a margin of error 4.1 percent.
